Job Profile
JOB SUMMARY: The Leave & Disability HR Coordinator for FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD and return-to work program administration.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of commensurate professional work experience in lieu of a degree
Work Experience : Five (5) years of related experience working with leave and disability plans; PHR or SHRM-CP Certification Preferred
Equipment Operated: PC, MS Office, PeopleSoft
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact); Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking); Bilingual Skills Not Required but bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Writing /Composing: Correspondence / Reports
Other Skills: Analytical; P.C.; MS Word; MS Excel
Work Schedule: Flexible
Other Requirements: Knowledge of FMLA
