Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Travel RN Case Manager for an Acute Care Facility in California. This role requires a strong background in care coordination, discharge planning, and patient assessment within an acute care hospital setting. Candidates must have recent case management experience and prior travel experience.
 

Important: This position does not involve Utilization Review responsibilities.

Assignment Details
  • Position: RN Case Manager
  • Start Date: 07/13/2026
  • Shift: Days, 5x8-Hour Shifts
  • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

  • Floating Requirement: Must float to the Laguna facility as needed
