FCCBH, Inc. in Price, UT has an opening in our clinical office for a Case Manager for adults, youth, and children. The Case Manager will work with individuals with mental health/substance use disorders to assess their needs, coordinate services, and provide support/education. Follow up with individuals recently in crisis and provide stabilization services. Comes with an excellent benefits package. Experience in case management and mental health services preferred. At least $18.57/hr., additional pay offered to candidates with a bachelor’s degree. Hiring preference will be given to those willing to participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
