As a Crew Member, there are many positions you can play on our team that make every day different and rewarding:

  • Mixing - we make all our cookies and desserts from scratch! Baking experience preferred, but NOT required. Our recipes are technology driven and easy to follow.
  • Balling - use your hands to craft dough into a work of art! Great time to chat it up with your coworkers, as your hands are at work.
  • Baking - run ovens like a boss! Our Oven Masters are the heart of our operation. They use their Jedi skills to ensure we always have the freshest products to meet customer demand.
  • Dressing - use your steady hand and skillful eye to finish each cookie and dessert so they look perfect as you present them to our customers.
  • Serving - starting with our "welcome to Crumbl" greeting of all customers, you will provide every customer with an experience that is first-class!
  • Cleaning - we have a motto, "if you are leaning, you should be cleaning". Baking is messy, dishes and tools get dirty, and we need Neat Freaks to keep the store clean and safe.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Comfortable using mobile devices and applications
  • 16 years or older

Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-10:00pm; Friday and Saturday 8:00am-11:00pm. CLOSED SUNDAYS
