Description:

Area Directors are vital for our business's smooth operation. They oversee daily team activities to ensure compliance with guidelines and manage HR tasks, including hiring new staff. They create and implement operational standards to improve performance and develop a strategic business plan while communicating FEG standards and financial information. Area Directors also work to raise community awareness and build relationships, supporting Site Coordinators in youth safety, program implementation, recruitment, membership administration, personnel issues, and budget development.

Responsibilities:

- Build and implement a strategic business development plan; periodically assess and adjust as necessary, along with measuring enrollment against the business plan and budget/forecast and recommend adjustments as needed.

- Oversee the implementation of subsidies and ISD partnerships.

- Conduct monthly Area Director checklists in each school.

- Ensure schools are in compliance with Licensing and TRS standards.

- Ensure that the CRM system is being implemented and updated, ensuring leads are being managed and followed up appropriately.

- Ensure billing and communications systems are up to date and in compliance with our SOPs.

- Ensure SOPs are implemented at each school.

- Onboard new Executive Directors.

- Oversee the move-up trackers, ensuring that they are updated and aligned with the budget/forecasts.

- Update Financial Forecasts on a regular basis.

- Support event planning and coordination and conduct post-event assessments and follow-ups.

- Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure accurate weekly reporting, monthly master reporting and P&L, making sure that expenses and revenues are in accordance to plan.

- Collaborate with the VP of Performance to optimize visibility, offerings, and programs, and ensure family retention plans are established and followed.

- Invest in the professional development of school administrators and work with the Director of Educators to ensure they receive proper training and understand FEG.

- Conduct leadership evaluations for Executive Directors and develop/implement bonus programs.

- Assist and support administrators with weekly meetings, staff management issues as necessary and promote training over direct intervention/

- Ensure all schools achieve satisfactory Quality Assurance (QA) scores while utilizing the QA performance checklist.

- Work with the enrollment team and VPP to design and implement strategic outreach and marketing plans at the local level for the schools under their leadership, including social media and community engagement, partnerships and networking efforts.

- Partner with the Enrollment Coordinator to analyze and strategize the enrollment plan for the schools under their leadership.

- Propose an annual operating budget for the approval of the VPP and CEO, and execute the strategies that are approved, overseeing the implementation of the schools’ budgets on a monthly basis and proposing financial forecasts when necessary.
