Job description

Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer

Job Purpose: Support the success of MBA by developing and executing compelling marketing and advertising, including but not limited to conception, writing, and designing content across traditional, digital, and social channels, working closely with the CMO on Brand and consumer strategies.

Ideal Candidate: A creative, consumer-minded professional who brings vision, initiative, and an understanding of how great creative drives results. This role requires the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling work across a high volume of projects, in close collaboration with a small, talented in-house team and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute graphic design production across a wide range of formats, including brochures, collateral, magazines, direct mail, branded merchandise, event materials, signage, logos, and more
  • Provide creative direction across media, including TV, radio, print, digital ads, and web assets
  • Translate strategic marketing objectives into high-impact creative concepts and compelling copy
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Content Producer on video direction and social media content
  • Work with the CMO and outside agencies and partners on campaign development and execution
  • Maintain brand consistency across all Mosby brands and divisions โ€” Mosby Building Arts, Right Bath, Right Kitchen, Exteriors by Mosby, SAM, and related brands
  • Monitor platform performance, trends, and emerging opportunities to continuously improve creative effectiveness
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, advertising, fine arts, or a related field preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive creative experience in an agency, in-house, or hybrid environment
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating strategically driven graphic design, art direction, copywriting, and multi-media campaign work across multiple formats
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, and advance the brand
  • Construction, home improvement, or design-adjacent industry experience a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Own and maintain clean, professional, and reliable transportation
  • Regularly required to communicate verbally and hear, frequently stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to handle materials, and occasionally lift and move supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
