What you will enjoy doing*
  • You will lead and develop an HR team supporting operations in Indianapolis, Ellisville, and Singapore
  • Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness
  • You will provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and compliance matters
  • Use workforce metrics and employee insights to influence business decisions and improve employee engagement
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders to implement people programs, policies, and processes
  • Support investigations, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance the employee experience

What makes you great
  • You will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments, preferably across multiple sites
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and talent management practices
  • Proven ability to influence leaders, build trusted relationships, and drive results in a matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
