In your role, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members. How you'll contribute:

Responsible, in conjunction with the Business Development Director, for implementing the hospital's business development plan/strategy. Identifies, establishes and maintains relationships with hospital referral sources. Plans and/or attend community events to increase community awareness and to present a positive for the hospital. Serves as a liaison between the hospital, referral sources and the community, consistently providing a high level of customer service.


Additional responsibilities include:

  • Actively seeks to identify new potential referral sources.

  • Assists in ensuring all admissions are well-coordinated with the hospital's intake and referral office, business office, MD and case management.

  • Participates in the development and execution of marketing special events as assigned by the Director of Business Development

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred, combination of education and professional experience may be acceptable

  • Previous experience in business development at psychiatric healthcare facility preferred

  • Valid driver's license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), along with proof of insurance when using your own auto. Must show proof of automobile insurance.
