Job Description
Associate Director, Analytics
The Associate Analytics Director will raise the bar across the agency by fueling a culture of data driven results in everything the agency does. They will be responsible for managing the analytics work across a variety of clients. This role supports the data driven strategy to grow both client and Fusion92 business.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strategy, management, and ongoing reporting and insights for major web properties
  • Provide performance measurement and actionable insights around program optimization to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams and marketers to help identify and develop program solutions that meet identified marketing objectives vis custom analysis and data driven insights
  • Translate complex concepts into meaningful data-driven stories that resonate with clients and highlight Fusion92's value
  • Development of POVs on methods to address different measurement needs
  • Development of Multi Touch Attribution modeling across client marketing channels
  • Develop and apply advance proprietary models that identify linkages between all conversions and all media drivers
  • Asses business and marketing channels to develop a roadmap with possible solutions to measure results
  • Data visualization and advanced reporting: Assist with moving away from Excel/PowerPoint-centric reporting by contributing to the design and implementation of interactive, web-based reporting

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
  • 6+ years' experience in an industry where the focus has been on pulling large datasets and deriving insights from them
  • Experience with digital campaign analysis (display, mobile, social media, search and/or email)
  • Expertise working directly with clients, and managing expectations and projects to ensure all needs are addressed
  • Bachelor's Degree - ideally with a concentration in advertising/marketing, business, engineering, or statistics/mathematics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Experience successfully leading technical projects across teams with multiple stakeholders
  • Expertise with an web analytics platform (Google Analytics, Webtrends, Omniture/Adobe Analytics)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, PowerPoint skills, and/or Tableau skills
  • Demonstrated strong problem solving and project management skills
  • Proactive approach to internal team needs and client needs
  • Team player - dependable, respectful, and communicative
  • Fun and positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic
  • Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks
