About The Team

You'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Job Title:Warehouse Operations

  • Location: Henderson, Nevada

  • Pay Rate: Starting from $12.00/hour

What You'll Do:

  • Warehouse Process Optimization and Efficiency Improvement: Analyze warehouse operation processes (inbound, inventory, outbound), optimize warehouse layout, operation routes and equipment configuration, introduce automation tools to improve warehouse space efficiency and labor efficiency, reduce operation costs and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Inventory Management and Cost Control: Formulate inventory management strategies, monitor inventory turnover rate, accuracy rate and other indicators, optimize inventory structure, handle slow-moving products and abnormal inventory; coordinate warehouse resource allocation, control warehouse costs (labor, space, equipment) to improve inventory health and cost effectiveness.
  • Team Management and Standards Construction: Manage daily work of warehouse teams, formulate operation standards and training plans, enhance team business capabilities and compliance awareness; promote implementation of warehouse standardized processes, establish quality monitoring systems to ensure warehouse operation safety and service quality.
  • Data-Driven and Cross-Department Collaboration: Analyze warehouse operation data (timeliness, cost, quality), formulate improvement plans and promote optimization; interface with logistics, sales and other departments, coordinate supply chain upstream and downstream resources, solve operation exceptions to ensure efficient collaboration between warehousing and overall business.
  • Industry Capability Building and Innovation: Combined with industry characteristics (such as cold chain, bulky goods), build industry-specific warehouse solutions, accumulate SOPs and cost standards; track industry trends, introduce new technologies and management models to promote warehouse intelligence and industry benchmark construction, enhance core competitiveness.
