Job description

Developmental disabilities professionals are encouraged to consider a full-time Quality Reviewer position with Liberty Healthcare Corporation.

In this role you will have the opportunity to enrich the lives of older adults, people who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and individuals who have experienced traumatic brain injury.

You will be an integral member of a statewide program in Indiana which conducts quality reviews of providers of Home and Community Based Services and provides technical assistance on best practices in person-centered support.

Your responsibilities

  • Investigating complaints
  • Preparing reports
  • Developing corrective action plans
  • Traveling throughout the region
  • Conducting on site reviews at provider organizations
  • Following up with providers organization to monitor quality improvement

Work setting and schedule

This is a remote position which will allow you to work partially from your home office and require you to travel regularly throughout the Indianapolis metro area and Central Indiana.

You will work Monday through Friday, primarily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Compensation and benefits

  • $48,000 annual salary
