TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury Care Worker)

Earn Up to a $3,500 New Hire Bonus!
  • $1,000 after 90 days
  • $2,500 after 180 days

What You'll Do

As a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury Care Worker), you'll work one-on-one with adults recovering from brain injuries, helping them build independence while providing the support they need to thrive.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with personal care, dressing, bathing, and hygiene
  • Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
  • Supporting medication administration
  • Transporting residents to appointments and community activities using company vehicles
  • Encouraging independence and daily living skills
  • Providing companionship and emotional encouragement
  • Documenting daily care and following individualized support plans
  • Creating a safe, positive, and respectful living environment

Available Full-Time Shifts
  • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

Overtime opportunities are available.


What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Michigan driver's license with a good driving record
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred but not required:

  • Caregiving experience
  • CNA, PCA, DSP, or Home Health Aide experience
  • Brain injury, rehabilitation, or behavioral health experience
  • CPR/First Aid or CBIS certification
