Job Description

BryceTech is seeking an experienced Program Analyst IV to provide senior-level acquisition, program management, and strategic business support to JPL CBRN Enabling Technologies. This position serves as a trusted advisor to Government leadership by leading complex analytical efforts, developing executive recommendations, coordinating high-visibility initiatives, and improving acquisition and business operations supporting critical CBRN defense capabilities.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead complex acquisition and program management efforts supporting multiple portfolios
  • Advise Government leadership on acquisition strategy, program execution, and organizational priorities
  • Develop executive-level briefings, white papers, decision memoranda, and strategic communications
  • Analyze program performance, schedules, risks, and resource requirements
  • Coordinate high-visibility taskers across multiple organizations
  • Lead Integrated Product Team meetings and executive working groups
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting products
  • Identify program risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Support strategic planning, organizational assessments, and process improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate budget planning, financial execution reporting, and resource management activities
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide technical leadership across the contract team
  • Build collaborative relationships with Government leadership and external stakeholders
  • Ensure assigned efforts meet customer priorities, schedules, and quality expectations
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active Secret security clearance or above
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, acquisition, or related field
  • 10+ years of DoD acquisition, program management, or business operations experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System and DoD program management processes
  • Experience supporting senior executive leadership (O-6/GS-15/SES equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex analytical projects
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • DAWIA/Back-to-Basics certification in Program Management or Contracting
  • Experience supporting CPE-CBRND or other Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs)
  • Knowledge of PPBE/PPBEA, JCIDS, and defense resource management processes
  • Experience developing executive dashboards and performance metrics
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and process improvement initiatives
