Job description

Role Overview:
This Junior Technical Program Manager role involves comprehensive program management, from initial requirements gathering and cost-benefit analysis to project implementation roadmap development. The position requires close collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of digital solutions, particularly those involving Spring Boot technology.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, conduct cost-benefit analyses for in-house versus third-party solutions, and establish project implementation roadmaps once in-house development is decided.
  • Identify all stakeholders, including Business, Solution Architects, System Architects, and IT Development Managers & Leads, to create a RACI matrix.
  • Analyze current business processes to understand pain points and gaps.
  • Identify impacted systems (e.g., Fuze-SPM, CND, INAM, NSP, IOP, Itential, SevOne, Brix, Kirke) and work with Solution Architects to develop and review High-Level Architectures (HLAs) with all stakeholders.
  • Partner with System Architects to ensure Low-Level Designs (LLDs) are prepared and reviewed before handover to Development Leads.
  • Work with Development Teams to lay out IT Roadmaps, forecast budgets, and procure funding, ensuring IT roadmaps align with business roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers/Product Owners to create features in Rally and prioritize work based on identified roadmap milestones.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and develop comprehensive mitigation plans.
  • Establish communication plans and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
