Job description

About TouchCare
TouchCare is a healthcare concierge service dedicated to simplifying the complexities of health insurance and the healthcare system. By assigning each member a personal assistant, TouchCare helps resolve billing issues, coordinate with providers, and save individuals time and money. Committed to providing a healthier understanding of healthcare, TouchCare makes navigating healthcare more convenient and stress-free for its users.
Director of Product & AI Strategy
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a rare chance to sit at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and human impact - and actually shape what comes next. At TouchCare, we've built something meaningful: a high-touch navigation platform that genuinely helps people find and access the care they need. Now, we're looking for a visionary product leader to help us take that model into the future.
As Director of Product & AI Strategy, you'll be managing possibility. You'll translate big ideas and real business needs into a product roadmap that moves fast, scales smart, and keeps people at the center of every decision. You'll work directly with our C-suite, shape how AI and automation transform our member experience, and leave fingerprints on a platform that touches thousands of lives.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT
  • You'll have a direct line to executive leadership and the autonomy to drive real strategic decisions - not just execute someone else's vision.
  • You'll be building in a space that matters: healthcare navigation, benefits, and member experience are ripe for intelligent, thoughtful innovation.
  • You'll balance the art of innovation with the discipline of operational excellence - this isn't moonshots only; it's sustainable, meaningful product progress.
  • You'll be a builder and a bridge - connecting the dots between member needs, client outcomes, engineering partners, and organizational goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive Product & Innovation Strategy
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify where AI, automation, and data can create breakthrough moments for members and clients.
  • Evaluate market trends, client feedback, and operational realities to surface the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Build business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation roadmaps for new product initiatives.
  • Translate organizational goals into a clear, prioritized product strategy - then own it.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on emerging technologies and healthcare innovation.

Evolve & Optimize Our Technology Platform
  • Oversee the performance and evolution of TouchCare's existing technology ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements, platform enhancements, and process efficiencies.
  • Balance new innovation against the reliability and scalability of what we've already built.
  • Manage technology vendors, engineering partners, and consultants - keeping everyone aligned and accountable.
  • Ensure our systems remain compliant, scalable, and deeply connected to user needs.

Lead the Full Product Development Lifecycle
  • Own the journey from concept to launch - gathering feedback, writing requirements, defining success metrics, and driving adoption.
  • Synthesize input from clients, brokers, members, and internal teams into a coherent product vision.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned and engaged throughout development.

Champion AI & Automation - Thoughtfully
  • Identify where AI and automation can amplify - not replace - our high-touch service model.
  • Lead responsible AI implementation that enhances the member experience in real, measurable ways.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on healthcare AI trends and emerging technologies.

Turn Data Into Decisions
  • Build out reporting, analytics, and benchmarking capabilities that drive smarter decisions.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics that matter - and show the ROI of technology investments to clients and leadership.

WHERE YOU'LL START
From day one, you'll dig into some of our most exciting initiatives:
  • Open Enrollment Decision Support Tools
  • AI-Powered Member Engagement Solutions
  • Leave of Absence Technology Enhancements
  • Claims Analytics & Employer Reporting
  • Healthcare Navigation Enhancements
  • Member Outreach & Communication Automation
  • Employer Analytics & Dashboards
  • Internal Workflow Optimization & Automation
  • Future Technology-Enabled Service Offerings

You'll also take stewardship of our existing platforms - ensuring they remain scalable, high-performing, and deeply aligned with where we're heading.
WHO YOU ARE
  • A strategic product leader who knows how to translate vision into execution - not just slides into backlogs.
  • Someone who's energized by complexity and comfortable navigating ambiguity without losing momentum.
  • A natural collaborator who builds trust with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Curious about AI and automation - and thoughtful about deploying them responsibly.
  • Motivated by mission: you want your work to matter, not just ship.
