Clinical Resource Supervisor

The Clinical Resource Supervisor (CRS) plays a key leadership role in advancing patient care quality, staff development, and operational excellence across shifts. Working closely with the Administrative Director, this dynamic position provides real-time support to hospital teams, ensuring optimal patient flow, effective staffing, and a consistent high standard of care. The CRS strengthens engagement through visible leadership, rounding on staff and patients, mentoring nurses at the bedside, and supporting a superior patient experience.

Job Requirements
  • Experience:
    • Five years of emergency nursing experience.
    • Teaching experience preferred.
    • Leadership experience required.
    • Experience with electronic medical record and clinical documentation systems required.
  • Education:
    • BSN required
    • MSN preferred
  • Licensure & Certifications:
    • RN - Current RN License in MA
    • CPR
    • ACLS
Skills & Abilities
  • Knowledge of software applications (Outlook, Microsoft) required.
  • Maintain professionalism and act as role model.
  • Demonstrates leadership and communicates a strong work ethic and commitment toward service excellence.
