Make an impact
As the Sales Director - You will be responsible for driving individual sales efforts, developing strategic partnerships, and managing the entire sales cycle for Swisslog's advanced automation. This role requires a dynamic and experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the automation, logistics, or supply chain industries.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities in target industries

Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and Swisslog's offerings.

Solution Selling:
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product development teams to design tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Swisslog.

Market Insights:
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
