Title : Pega RPA developer
Location : Indianapolis, IN (Remote)
Visa :No H1B and CPT
End Client : Rockwell Automation
Rate : DOE
Duration : 6+months(PTE
Note : Candidate need Should have to have references that are legit and are on LI.
We are seeking experienced Pega RPA Developers to support a strategic automation platform transition from UiPath to Pega RPA. This initiative will migrate and optimize business-critical robotic process automations across multiple business functions, including insurance website processing, document management, and claims system operations.
The engagement will focus on rebuilding existing automations in Pega while establishing scalable architecture, reusable automation patterns, and platform best practices. Developers will work in close collaboration with internal engineering teams to accelerate migration velocity, ensure operational continuity, and support knowledge transfer to internal staff.
Required Skills:
Proven experience implementing automation solutions using Pega Robotics / Pega RPA
Strong proficiency with Pega Robot Studio and Pega Robot Manager
Experience building end-to-end automation workflows
Automation Framework Design Experience implementing: Work queue architecture, exception handling frameworks, logging and monitoring patterns, credential management integrations
Experience delivering enterprise RPA solutions in production environments
Ability to develop scalable, maintainable automation solutions
Familiarity with multi-environment deployment models
Experience with UI automation, screen scraping, and application integration
Experience interacting with enterprise systems and web-based applications
Strong communication and collaboration with engineering and business teams
