Shape the future of Marvin's manufacturing footprint.

We’re looking for a Director of Facilities Engineering to provide strategic leadership across our multi-site manufacturing operation. In this role, you’ll shape the long-term vision for our building portfolio, guiding the development, renovation, and modernization of new and existing buildings and structures to support organizational priorities, workforce needs, and future growth. You’ll also drive safety, compliance, and cost efficiency across multiple locations.

Marvin offers an extensive relocation benefit package that included the movement of your household goods, temporary housing, and much more - in addition to relocation counselor to assist you throughout the entire journey.

Highlights of your role:
  • Develop and execute a multi-year facilities engineering strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead capital planning and execution of plant expansions and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Partner with the Procurement team to define scope and negotiate contracts with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
  • Partner with local maintenance and engineering teams to oversee HVAC, electrical, compressed air, fire protection, dust collection, and water systems.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide facilities engineering programs, policies, and procedures to optimize infrastructure reliability, performance, and lifecycle management.
  • Standardize preventive and predictive facility maintenance programs across all sites.
  • Develop and implement enterprise facility condition assessment (FCA) programs, including building systems, envelope, and site infrastructure evaluations.
  • Provide enterprise engineering support for electrical systems, power distribution, and compliance with NFPA standards and company safety requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with facility-related OSHA, environmental regulations, health and safety standards, building codes and standards, and Factory Mutual (FM) standards.
  • Lead enterprise facility data management, including building records, drawings, asset inventories, and development of document retention standards and systems.
  • Advance use of facility technology, including IoT, building automation systems (BAS), and smart infrastructure to improve reliability, efficiency, and visibility.
  • Lead and develop a team, driving organizational effectiveness through talent strategy, leadership development, and performance excellence.
  • Create partnerships with sites to support their facility needs and projects.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required; Master's in Engineering or MBA beneficial.
  • 10+ years of facilities engineering experience in manufacturing.
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience.
