Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily, technical and strategic processes of the Enrollment Management Department, ensuring efficient processing, system management (CRM, SIS and other related software), and compliance with state and university policies.
  • Lead staff, manage data integrity, and optimize workflows to support enrollment goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end application process, including data import, document tracking, and decision processing.
  • Serve as the primary user or "captain" for Element451, Powercampus (admisisons), Docubase, and other systems - managing system configurations, updates, and data integration.
  • Continuously research capabilities of current software for all areas of campus, including but not limited to, the use of AI Agents.

  • Prepare regular reports on application trends and applicant pool demographics for senior leadership, enabling data-drive decision making.
  • Work directly with Institutional Research on data corrections for state and federal reporting.
  • Ensure all admission processes comply with university, state, and federal regulations and maintain high data accuracy.
  • Review and update workflows to improve turnaround times, applicant experience, and office efficiency.
  • Investigate possible fraudulent applications and transcripts, working closely with IET to determine legitimacy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in higher education administration, admissions operations, data management or process improvement
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM and Student Information Systems
  • Excellent communication, project management, training, and analytical skills
  • Hold a Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record
