Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. The QBA will work with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized behavior plans for children with autism and other developmental disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for helping children reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized behavior plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
Conduct assessments and data collection to inform treatment plans
Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disorders
Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure effective communication and implementation of treatment plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment progress and data collection
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
Experience in ABA therapy
Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent
Strong understanding of ABA principles and methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
