We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Qualified Behavior Analysts (QBAs) to oversee caseloads for in-home, in-school, and remote ABA services throughout North Carolina.

Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) Responsibilities
  • Oversee the completion of comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and areas of need for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

  • Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and training to Behavior Technicians and other clinical team members.

  • Support families and caregivers through collaboration, education, and consistent communication.

  • Collect, review, and analyze data to monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.

  • Collaborate with parents, schools, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity of care.

  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

  • Stay current with the latest research and evidence-based practices in ABA therapy.

  • Ensure services are delivered in compliance with insurance requirements, authorizations, and ethical standards.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and billing submissions.

  • Occasional local travel may be required to support clients across home, school, and community settings.

Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field.

  • Active QBA certification in good standing.

  • Meets all supervision and credentialing requirements associated with QBA certification.

  • Active North Carolina clinical licensure/certification as required.

  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

  • Current CPR certification.

  • Reliable transportation for occasional local travel.

  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based interventions.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to supervise and support Behavior Technicians and other clinical staff.

  • Passion for making a positive and lasting impact on children and their families.
