Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Fayetteville, NC

Join Astra ABA, Empowering Young Minds to Flourish

Are you a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to lead a team of clinicians and make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families? Do you value high-quality care, collaboration, mentorship, and meaningful outcomes over unrealistic productivity expectations? If so, we want to connect with you!

About the Role

At Astra ABA, we believe exceptional clinical care begins with empowered clinicians. As our Lead BCBA, you will serve as the clinical leader of our clinic, ensuring exceptional service delivery while fostering a positive and supportive team culture. This is more than a BCBA role – it is an opportunity to lead, influence clinical standards, support staff development, and grow with an organization that prioritizes ethical care, collaboration, mentorship, and meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee ABA programming and ensure clinical excellence across all assigned cases

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Monitor client progress and implement data-driven clinical modifications

  • Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to ethical and evidence-based practices

  • Maintain high standards of quality assurance and clinical oversight

  • Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff

  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities

  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented clinical culture

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with families

What We’re Looking For

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Active North Carolina LBA (or ability to obtain)

  • Experience supervising RBTs and clinical teams

  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills

  • Passion for clinical excellence and staff development

What ASTRA ABA Offers

  • Highly competitive salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually

  • Performance-based bonus opportunities

  • Paid time off + paid holidays

  • Ongoing professional development support

  • BCBA renewal reimbursement

  • Leadership growth and advancement opportunities

  • Administrative support so you can focus on clinical leadership

  • Feasible productivity expectations that support work-life balance

  • A collaborative team culture that genuinely values your expertise

Why ASTRA ABA?

At ASTRA ABA, we know that the best outcomes happen when clinicians feel supported, respected, and empowered to lead. Here, you will have the autonomy to make meaningful clinical decisions, the mentorship to continue growing professionally, and the opportunity to shape a clinic culture that changes lives for children, families, and the team around you.

If you’re ready to step into a leadership role where your expertise matters and your impact is real, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now to join our team and start building a meaningful career with Astra ABA.
