Standard Job Description
You will be a Program Manager, F-35 Sustainment Global Services for the F-35 Sustainment Program Management Office which is responsible for driving service-driven supply and maintenance improvements across the enterprise.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Manager, F-35 Sustainment Global Services you will be responsible for leading the execution of Global Services elements, shaping enterprise-wide maintenance strategies, and stewarding a high-impact portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and maintain valued customer relationships while delivering on cost, schedule, and technical performance commitments.
  • Lead enterprise integration and delivery across the customer, Lockheed Martin business areas, F-35 PMOs, LM Aero functions, and the supply base.
  • Guide a team of Control Account Managers and Project Managers through strategy, capture, negotiation, baselining, execution, and closeout of contract scope.
  • Identify and implement maintenance improvement initiatives that elevate enterprise performance and drive cost efficiencies.

Basic Qualifications
  • Sustainment experience
  • Demonstrated PM experience, managing large value and complex programs
  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise solutions, inclusive of multiple business entities, suppliers, customers, and large functional teams
  • Experience in complex decision making and problem-solving
  • Experience communicating with senior customer and company leadership levels
  • Understanding of earned value management (EVM)

Desired Skills
Depth in F-35 maintenance experience, including major issue resolution and sustainment experience
F-35 Program Management experience
Demonstrated ability in creating and driving performance excellence plans, across the enterprise
Proposal leadership of capture efforts; Contract negotiation experience; Subcontractor proposals/ execution oversight
Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin capture team to develop BOE's (ATPS)
Understanding of Risk & Opportunity
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $148300.00 - $275500.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
