Job Details

Lead the enterprise process improvement strategy by establishing governance, prioritization, and execution standards across a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives. Partner with Merchandising, Store Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders to identify opportunities, define solutions, and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes. Drive alignment of process improvement initiatives to organizational priorities while ensuring consistent execution, visibility, and accountability for results.

  • Direct and oversee a portfolio of process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities, financial targets, and operational goals.
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including prioritization, resource allocation, project standards, and execution cadence.
  • Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies across all initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify high-impact opportunities and develop multi-functional strategies to improve operational performance.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation efforts that enhance efficiency, improve service levels, and reduce cost.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities and evaluate existing processes.
  • Assess existing procedures, equipment, tools and technology.
  • Present proposals and expected outcomes from investments and proposed changes.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to remove constraints, justify investments, and implement scalable, technology-enabled solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Deliver clear, concise updates to senior leadership on project portfolio status, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to influence prioritization, resource decisions, and strategic direction.
  • Provide leadership and direction to Process Improvement team members, including Sr. Managers and Managers.
  • Build organizational capability in process improvement and project management through coaching, development, and establishment of standardized tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Ability to quickly identify potential drivers of emerging problems, root cause and generate solutions.
  • Ability to partner, coordinate and influence across all levels of the organization, including VP and executive leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize projects based on solution impact, time to implement and/or direction from leadership.
  • Ability to direct multiple priorities and cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to lead presentations to various levels of management, including VP and executive leadership.
  • Design and execute appropriate analyses to size potential impact of problems or solutions.
  • Strong analytical and process mapping skills.
  • Ability to create and execute an implementation plan for rollout.

Work Experience &/or Education

Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering required or equivalent professional experience.  Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience.  Industrial engineering, Six Sigma, and/or Lean Six Sigma experience preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification strongly preferred.
