Job Description
Star Physical Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist - Clinic Director to lead our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Cypress, Texas.
This leadership role is ideal for an experienced Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while mentoring clinicians, strengthening community relationships, and driving clinic growth. You'll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, influence the patient experience, and make a lasting impact in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Texas Physical Therapist license
  • CPR certification
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with patients, team members, and referring providers
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
  • Interest in clinic growth and community engagement; marketing experience is a plus
