Location: Miramar FL. (Occasional East coast travel)
Travel: Up to 25% (primarily domestic travel to regional locations)
Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 base salary + up to 10-15% annual bonus opportunity + comprehensive benefits

About the Opportunity

Our client is a privately held, global organization experiencing continued growth and transformation. With approximately 1,000 employees worldwide and significant operational scale, they are seeking a Director of HR to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership while leading the evolution of their human resources function.

This is a highly visible leadership role for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic influence with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to North American executive leadership, partnering closely with senior leaders across the business
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational growth
  • Lead, coach, and develop an HR team of approximately 4–5 direct reports
  • Support leaders across multiple locations, including operational and workforce-based environments
  • Drive improvements in HR processes, systems, policies, and employee experiences
  • Provide leadership on employee relations, compliance, FMLA, ADA, and other HR regulatory matters
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational development, and change initiatives
  • Support recruiting efforts when needed, partnering with internal and external recruiting resources
  • Leverage technology, HRIS platforms, automation, and emerging AI tools to improve HR effectiveness
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization through an approachable, collaborative leadership style
