The Director, Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness serves as the strategic leader responsible for driving change adoption, organizational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and leadership enablement in support of major business initiatives and enterprise transformation efforts.This role partners closely with executive leaders, business stakeholders, Human Resources, and cross-functional teams to assess organizational impacts, build change strategies, strengthen leadership capability, and drive successful adoption of new ways of working. The Director develops and executes change management approaches that improve organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication effectiveness, and long-term sustainment of business outcomes.Operating in a highly matrixed environment, this role influences leaders across the organization, proactively identifies risks and barriers to adoption, and helps ensure strategic initiatives achieve intended results through effective organizational change and performance enablement.Job Responsibilities:Change Management & Transformation Leadership• Lead change management strategies for large-scale business initiatives, transformations, and organizational changes.• Develop and execute comprehensive change plans that drive awareness, readiness, adoption, and long-term sustainment.• Assess organizational impacts and stakeholder needs to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.• Establish and oversee change management methodologies, frameworks, tools, and governance practices that drive consistent execution and adoption across multiple strategic initiatives and organizational transformations.• Identify adoption risks and resistance points, developing mitigation plans to improve change outcomes.• Measure and report on organizational readiness, adoption, and effectiveness metrics to evaluate success and inform continuous improvement.• Coordinate change management activities across multiple concurrent strategic initiatives to ensure alignment, consistency, and enterprise adoptionOrganizational Effectiveness• Partner with leaders to assess Development, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field required.• 10+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, organizational development, human resources, consulting, or related disciplines.• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organizational change, business transformation, or strategic initiatives across complex, matrixed environments.• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive organizational adoption, stakeholder alignment, and business outcomes.• Proven experience developing and executing change management, communication, engagement, and organizational effectiveness strategies.• Experience facilitating leadership discussions, workshops, and organizational assessments preferred.• Change management certification (Prosci or equivalent) preferred.• Must meet company’s requirements for employment.Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities:• Expertise in change management, organizational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation.• Proven ability to influence and build credibility with executive leaders and cross-functional
