Our team is looking for an Operations Manager - MRO to join them. You will report to the Director of Operations and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, Fl.
To be considered for the Operations Manager - MRO opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Direct knowledge of CFR 14 Part 145, and an FAA A&P licence or eligibility for a Repairman Certificate would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of avionics LRU and component maintenance.
  • Confident managing operational performance, developing teams, resolving conflict and driving improvement initiatives, while maintaining rigorous safety, quality and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to interpret technical data, manuals and specifications are essential.
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems and using data to inform decisions.
  • Proven leadership experience within an aerospace MRO environment, ideally within a Part 145 Repair Station,
  • Be a people-focused leader who thrives in an environment of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

As an Operations Manager - MRO, you will:
  • Have full operational responsibility for assigned production cells within our FAA Part 145 Repair Station.
  • Ensure a constant state of operational readiness, making sure the right people, training, tooling, test equipment and technical data are in place to meet production plans and customer commitments.
  • Lead, coach and develop your teams, creating a safe, engaged and high-performing environment while ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer and internal requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners and customers, drive continuous improvement, monitor business performance through clear metrics, and ensure delivery of products and services that meet quality, conformity and workmanship standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
