Director of Operations - Atlanta Area
Atlanta, GA (Local residency required)
Lead. Scale. Impact patient care across a growing healthcare network.
We're seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to lead and grow a multi-site practice network across the Atlanta market. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing strong practice teams, and delivering exceptional patient experiences across 10-20 practices.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop Practice Managers to drive performance, engagement, and accountability
  • Partner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure exceptional patient care and business outcomes
  • Analyze KPIs and financial performance to identify opportunities and implement improvement strategies
  • Drive execution of operational initiatives and ensure consistency across practices
  • Spend time on-site supporting teams - expectation is to be in practices regularly
  • Support staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning across locations
  • Build strong partnerships with Doctors and cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, IT)
  • Lead change management efforts and scale best practices across a growing footprint
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Act as a key escalation point for operational and patient experience issues

What We're Looking For
  • Proven multi-site leadership experience (healthcare or service-based environment)
  • Strong operational and financial acumen with experience managing KPIs and performance
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and develop leaders
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role with regular travel
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to deliver results
  • Experience in optometric or healthcare practice operations is a plus
