Website Development Project Manager
About the Position
Market My Market is a digital marketing agency focused on providing outstanding SEO results for clients in the Legal, Dental, and specialty medical industries.
This is Project Manager role designed to streamline client onboarding processes, manage website development projects, and serve as a key liaison between clients and our internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, client-facing experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions. This project manager will be a key part of the Client Experience team at Market My Market and will help make sure that new clients have new WordPress websites online and ready to go in order to start their recurring SEO marketing efforts as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
    • Proactively prompt clients for approvals and feedback to maintain project momentum
    • Conduct client onboarding meetings and guide clients through our processes
  • Project Coordination
    • Oversee website development projects from inception to launch
    • Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
    • Coordinate resources across departments to ensure project requirements are met
    • Identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Technical Implementation
    • Make direct updates and modifications to WordPress websites as needed
    • Implement client-requested changes using HTML, CSS, and page builders
    • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with development team for complex problems
    • Ensure websites meet quality standards before client handoff
  • Workflow Management
    • Utilize Asana to track project progress and task assignments
    • Develop and refine project management processes to improve efficiency
    • Create documentation for project workflows and client onboarding procedures
    • Facilitate internal team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals
    • Communicate with team members and clients via Hubspot as a CRM
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing or web development environment
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress, including making direct page updates and modifications
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for making website updates and troubleshooting
  • Experience with popular page builders (Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, etc.) and ability to make coding adjustments as needed
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage expectations effectively
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work directly in WordPress admin, making content updates, plugin configurations, and basic customizations
  • Basic understanding of website development processes and digital marketing principles

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Experience with client onboarding processes and systems
  • Familiarity with web design and development terminology

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.
This is a salaried position with benefits such as PTO and Health Insurance (immediately) and 401k (after 1 year).
