Are you a hands-on warehouse leader who enjoys coaching employees, solving problems and driving operational excellence? Join Uline as a Director of Distribution & Operations and lead from the warehouse floor, staying connected to daily operations while developing high-performing teams and delivering the exceptional service our customers count on. You'll help lead one of Uline's largest distribution operations in North America, spanning over 2.5 million square feet.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.

  • Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.

  • Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands-on leadership.

  • Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry-leading service and same-day shipping.

  • Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers and implement practical, data-driven improvements that strengthen warehouse performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 10+ years leading high-volume distribution operations, including direct leadership of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ people.

  • Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership.

  • Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).

  • Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
