The Director of Pharmacy provides leadership and oversight for the Pharmacy Department, ensuring safe, accurate, efficient, and compliant delivery of pharmaceutical services. This role manages staffing, operations, budget, regulatory compliance, clinical protocols, and strategic development to support exceptional patient care quality across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead departmental strategy and daily operations to support organizational goals
  • Develop and implement pharmacy programs, policies, and standards
  • Direct and evaluate patient care delivery models, service levels, workflows, and technology use
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial performance within allocated resources
  • Oversee hiring, staffing, performance reviews, training, and corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, including HIPAA
