Role Description & Responsibilities
The Director of Technical Sales - ENOVIA will drive execution of the ENOVIA 3D UNIV+RSES strategy across a defined North America. This role aligns sales, technical teams, and partners to deliver measurable customer value through the Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA portfolio and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
This leader will build and develop high-performing technical sales and services teams, shape technical strategy, and ensure successful delivery of customer transformation outcomes in complex enterprise environments.
• Lead execution of the 3D UNIV+RSES strategy across assigned scope (geo, industry, services, or engagement model).
• Align closely with sales and technical teams to drive customer value and business growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning technical solutions to business outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop technical sales and services teams.
• Drive adoption of consulting, industry services, and outcome-based engagement offerings.
• Manage ecosystem collaboration.
• Support business development and technical transformation initiatives.
• Establish performance goals and ensure operational excellence.
• Anticipate future skills and capacity needs aligned to growth strategy.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in Enterprise software pre-sales, consulting, technical sales, or services leadership.
• 8+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience in complex enterprise, consultative sales environments.
• Strong understanding of PLM, Project Management, Configuration Management, and Change Management processes.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and enterprise technology solutions.
• Cross-functional experience in PLM adjacent domains is desired.
• Fundamental AI knowledge and experience in application is desired.
• Strong consultative selling and customer engagement capabilities.
• Ability to define and translate customer business and technical requirements.
• Experience in implementation, delivery, and organizational change management.
• Proven track record of driving revenue through technical engagement.
• Executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $204000 and $272000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
