Aloha & Welcome to Something Exceptional
At our Forbes FiveStar luxury resort, excellence is intentional. Every room night, rate decision, and distribution strategy is thoughtfully designed to honor our guests, elevate our brand, and drive exceptional financial performance. Revenue Management plays a vital role in preserving the integrity of the luxury experience while maximizing opportunity across every channel.
We are seeking an Assistant Director of Revenue Management who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution. This role is ideal for a disciplined, forwardthinking leader who understands the nuances of luxury demand and is energized by translating enterprise strategy into precise daily action.
Our culture is built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Here, your expertise is valued, your development is supported, and your contributions have real impact.
As a Hawaii Business Magazine “Best Places to Work” recipient for five consecutive years, we are deeply committed to investing in our people. We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, professional development opportunities, recognition programs, and exceptional travel perks through Marriott and Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
