Director of Revenue Strategy
Hawaiʻi Island Community Health Center (HICHC)

Hawaiʻi Island Community Health Center is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Revenue Strategy to lead and transform our revenue cycle operations. This key leadership role will drive financial performance, value-based care initiatives, revenue integrity, and operational excellence across the organization.

The Director of Revenue Strategy will work closely with executive leadership to oversee revenue cycle strategy, risk adjustment coding, payer relationships, compliance, analytics, and process improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for a strategic healthcare leader who is passionate about leveraging data, technology, and innovation to improve organizational outcomes and patient care.

Pay Range: $113,262.50 - $153,237.50 annually
Home Location: Kuakini Admin (Kona-based candidates preferred)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule with onsite presence expected 2-3 days per week

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years of healthcare finance, revenue cycle, or medical informatics experience
  • 6+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, value-based care, healthcare analytics, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with EPIC, data analytics, and performance improvement initiatives preferred
