Development Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Resource Development
Position Status: Full-Time (40 HRS)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Development Coordinator serves as a critical member of Gateway Center's Resource Development team,
functioning as the administrative and operational anchor of the department. This role is responsible for designing, coordinating, and supporting the execution of a comprehensive grants strategy, while also ensuring the effective management of fundraising systems, campaigns, and donor data.
Working collaboratively with the Director of Resource Development and the CEO, the Development Coordinator will help implement and build upon the organization's Development Plan, supporting efforts to expand philanthropic revenue, strengthen donor engagement, support fundraising event planning/implementation, and enhance the department's operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grants & Development Strategy (20%)
Database Management - Raiser's Edge NXT (30%)
Digital Campaign Management - GoFundMe (30%)
Additional Development Support - 20%
