They're engineers working more and more with agents, and over time they'll be agents composing money movement directly. Designing for that future is a core part of the role.You'll set direction, grow the leaders and principal engineers on the team, and stay close enough to the work to engage your strongest engineers as a peer. You'll also be fluent enough in the business to move between a technical decision and a customer outcome.**You Will:*** Treat the teams who build on the platform as your customers. Give them clear contracts and a developer experience clean enough that they integrate once on their own* Ship platform capabilities on a steady rhythm that product teams can feel, and make that rhythm something the team is known for* Hold the operational, reliability, and correctness bar for systems that move customers' hard-earned money* Be the technical leader your strongest engineers want to work for.
