Through exceptional customer service, utilizing courtesy, dignity, and respect you will:Provide overall responsibility for clinical oversight, supervision and quality clinical care of nursing clinical staff (including RN/LPN, HHA, RA, CNA)Determine proper acceptance of residents into health services by considering all parts of a resident's life Maintain assessment and service agreement compliance with initiation of services, change of condition or at intervals specified by state regulationsWork with and educate residents and families to recommend care options and maintain excellent communication with residents and familiesHire, train, supervise clinical staff (including RN/LPN, RA, CNA) Participates in "on call" requirements, as applicable.
