SUMMARY
Partner is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator. Our Project Coordinators are placed on a Team to provide administrative and project support to a group of Relationship Managers, Directors, and Project Managers. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS
  • Modify, reformat, and prepare reports and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Perform data entry and manage large volumes of information with accuracy and speed
  • Copy, paste, and organize content across multiple document templates and formats to ensure consistency
  • Review reports for accuracy in addresses, project numbers, dates, and formatting before submission
  • Rename, organize, and maintain digital files on the company server and shared platforms (FTP, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Support the project team by coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring timely communication
  • Work closely with Partner Associates to prepare engagement letters, templates, and supporting documentation
  • Handle a high volume of communication via email while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed in peak workload periods

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Editing, combining, and reformatting PDFs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in documents
  • Highly tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Navigate File Explorer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a remote or in-office team
  • Construction, engineering, or professional services industry experience a plus

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, document production, or coordination role
  • Proven experience handling large volumes of electronic documents and maintaining file organization standards

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading printed and digital documents
  • Requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive computer work throughout the day

Compensation:
Salary range is $20/hr. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role.
The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
