Position Summary

The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the operational functions that drive efficiency, quality, and consistent delivery. This role partners with cross-functional leaders to align priorities, improve processes, and ensure the organization runs smoothly and effectively.

In a Hybrid environment in Birmingham, MI, the Director of Operations will bring strong leadership, operational discipline, and a continuous-improvement mindset to optimize performance, manage resources, and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
