As a Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading complex, company-wide initiatives in memory technologies, driving innovation across memory architectures, high-speed interfaces, memory subsystems, and next-generation memory solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong program leadership to plan, execute, and deliver cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives, while shaping future technologies, products, and overall business direction. In this full-time role, you’ll report directly to our Director of Engineering Program Management.

Program Leadership 

  • Define program scope, goals, and success metrics aligned with organizational strategy 
  • Manage program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables 
  • Coordinate and drive execution across multiple interdependent projects 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with stakeholders across engineering, product management, operations, finance, and other teams 
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between teams and leadership 
  • Resolve cross-team dependencies and remove blockers 

Execution & Delivery 

  • Monitor program progress and ensure milestones are met on schedule 
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
