Job description

Tired of wondering what your paycheck will look like on Friday? This dedicated western regional position was built around one thing — removing the guesswork. Consistent miles, structured home time, assigned equipment, and a pay scale that grows automatically. New CDL graduates and experienced operators are both welcome.

Your Earning Structure

  • $1,300 to $1,500 weekly average pay
  • Up to $0.65 per mile tied to your verified experience level
  • Top 20% of drivers are making $1,800
  • 2,200 to 2,500 miles available every week
  • Automatic pay increase every 6 months — no negotiating required
  • Extra stop compensation, layover pay, and breakdown pay all included
  • $300 orientation bonus paid upon completion

New Graduate Path

Hold a CDL-A with 120 or more hours from an accredited institution? You qualify for our paid mentorship program:

  • 4 to 6 weeks of structured one-on-one training before solo dispatch
  • Guaranteed pay throughout the full mentorship window
  • Immediate transition to $0.56 CPM the day training concludes
  • No experience necessary beyond your school graduation

The Operation

  • Dedicated regional lanes across 11 western states
  • Mixed day and night dispatch windows depending on route
  • 100% no-touch freight — 60% drop and hook, 40% live load
  • Home every two weeks on a pre-planned, structured schedule
  • Assigned late-model equipment: 2022–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor — yours to operate consistently

What You Receive After 30 Days

  • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid time off accrual
  • Rider and pet policy effective from your very first day
