Job description

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Director of Development in Arlington, TX to support and grow our fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This role is responsible for managing donor relationships, supporting fundraising campaigns and events, maintaining accurate donor records, and assisting with outreach initiatives that advance our mission. The Director of Development works closely with organizational leadership to strengthen community relationships, increase donor engagement, and support the long-term sustainability of the organization through effective development activities.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2–5 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Master’s degree with a Minor or Major in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Education is preferred


Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
