What You'll Do

Lead all nursing operations while creating a culture built on accountability, teamwork, compassion, and clinical excellence.


Responsibilities include:



  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the nursing leadership team

  • Recruit, retain, and inspire outstanding nursing professionals

  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

  • Maintain survey readiness and drive quality outcomes

  • Partner with the Nursing Home Administrator and interdisciplinary leadership team

  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and clinical operations

  • Monitor quality measures and implement performance improvement initiatives

  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and team members


Qualifications

  • Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license required

  • Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility required

  • Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, RN Unit Manager, or other nursing leadership experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey process, infection prevention, quality improvement, and long term care operations

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high performing teams

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Passion for developing people, strengthening teamwork, and creating an environment where employees feel supported and residents receive exceptional care
