Logan Services is seeking an experienced Director of Plumbing Operations to lead our expanding residential plumbing and sewer & drain business. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, customer satisfaction, and team development across multiple markets. If you're a proven plumbing operations leader with experience growing residential service businesses, managing P&L performance, developing leaders, and building scalable operations, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Lead

As the Director of Plumbing Operations, you'll oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of Logan Services' residential plumbing division across multiple markets.

Operations Leadership
  • Lead all residential plumbing service, installation, water heater, water quality, and sewer & drain operations
  • Oversee field operations, workforce planning, scheduling, and operational efficiency
  • Develop scalable systems and processes that support continued growth
  • Drive operational excellence while maintaining exceptional customer service
Financial & Business Performance
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the Plumbing Division
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, labor efficiency, and gross margin performance
  • Develop pricing strategies and operational initiatives that improve financial performance
  • Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve business objectives
Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing managers, supervisors, and field leaders
  • Build leadership succession plans and career development pathways
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Lead performance management, coaching, and leadership development initiatives
Customer Experience
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through job completion
