  • Expertise in forecasting and pipeline management: Accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline oversight are essential for company planning and revenue predictability.
  • Experience using CRM tools to drive accountability: This role is responsible for reinforcing CRM discipline, maintaining high-quality pipeline data, and ensuring consistent reporting standards across the sales organization.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally: Success requires strong collaboration with Marketing, Client Success, and Revenue Operations to improve lead quality, align go-to-market efforts, strengthen customer experience, and support company growth initiatives.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience leading a SaaS or recurring revenue sales team: Familiarity with subscription models enhances your ability to coach and forecast effectively.
