  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, urgency, service excellence, and clinical pride.
  • Identify barriers, solve problems, and implement process improvements that support better outcomes.
  • Serve as a visible, hands-on clinical leader who builds trust with team members, residents, families, and providers.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a strong clinical leader who is confident, organized, and ready to lead with both accountability and heart.
The right candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced senior living environment, able to develop others, and committed to creating a culture where quality care, teamwork, and follow-through matter.

  • Proven ability to lead teams, build trust, and drive results.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while staying focused on resident care and team support.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to hold teams accountable.
  • Commitment to service excellence, resident satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
  • A steady, professional approach in urgent, complex, or changing situations.

Education & Credentials
  • Active Registered Nurse license in Nebraska required.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Current CPR certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire.
  • Previous long-term care or skilled nursing leadership experience preferred.

Why Hillcrest?
