  • Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital includes state-of-the-art rehabilitation services for patients recovering from healthcare conditions. It is the only rehabilitation hospital in the state accredited in six programs by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.

Responsibilities
  • This role of the Director of Operational Support involves overseeing key functions within the organization, including project management, facilities, and asset management.
  • Responsibilities include leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, managing capital budgets, and optimizing asset performance.
  • The position also handles lease negotiations, evaluates acquisition opportunities, and oversees construction and tenant improvement projects.
  • Additionally, the role focuses on driving operational efficiency, standardizing processes across the portfolio, and continuously improving business processes to enhance overall performance.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial management are essential for success in this position.
