A Director of Partner Success for LaneLink who will lead client strategy, auction channel performance, and product oversight for OPENLANE's premier repo remarketing solution. This role owns overall partner performance, driving maximum vehicle velocity and net recovery for automotive lenders, banks, and credit unions. You will bridge operations, nationwide auction networks, and product development to ensure internal team execution, optimal auction outcomes, and continuous product evolution for LaneLink.

  • Serve as executive account leader for key lender clients, ensuring continuous operational alignment, SLA achievement, and overall account performance.

LaneLink Product Oversight & Guidance (20%)

  • Collaborate with Product Management to guide feature prioritization, platform updates, and user experience enhancements for LaneLink.

Internal Team & Process Governance (15%)

  • Oversee internal operational execution to ensure teams leverage optimal remarketing processes, standardized workflows, and best practices.

Strategic Cross-Functional Alignment (10%)

  • Partner with executive leadership, operational teams, and internal stakeholders to align on key performance indicators and strategic initiatives.

Where You Work:

Must Have's:

  • 8+ years of experience in automotive remarketing, auction operations, or wholesale vehicle management.

  • 5+ years of experience leading partner success, key account management, or operational client teams.

  • Extensive knowledge of lender repossession remarketing workflows and auction networks.

  • Proven track record of optimizing vehicle turn times and operational process performance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to Have's:
